Alleged (1) Failure to comply with condition 39 of K/2014/0246/F in that site decommissioning has not been carried out in accordance with the approved Site Decommissioning Method Statement (Appendix 2) in the following respects: (i) Removal of office/welfare containers in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (ii) Removal of warehouse buildings in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (iii) Removal of building foundations in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (iv) Removal of the water treatment plant in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (v) Removal of yard area hardstanding in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (vi) Removal of berms in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (vii) Removal of security hut in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (viii) Removal of perimeter/security fencing, gates and CCTV in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out. (2) Failure to comply with condition 40 of K/2014/0246/F in that site restoration has not been carried out in accordance with the approved Restoration Method Statement (Appendix 3) in the following respects: (i) Removal of office/welfare containers in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (ii) Removal of warehouse buildings in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (iii) Removal of building foundations in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (iv) Removal of the water treatment plant in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (v) Removal of yard area hardstanding in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (vi) Removal of berms in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (vii) Removal of security hut in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out; (viii) Removal of perimeter/security fencing, gates and CCTV in accordance with the approved details and timescale has not been carried out.
